Naphicus If there ever were a pen & paper RPG for Zombies Ate My Neighbours and a dash of Earthbound (both being damn good examples from the 16-bit era of video gaming), then this would absolutely be its' accompanying soundtrack.
Pixelated worlds that mix adventures at dusk and loosing oneself in contemplation of purple and orange clouds on distant landscapes comes to mind.
Listening to it and reading the song titles lends itself to quite prolific imagining. Favorite track: Independent Shadows.

G-Prime This has slowly crept into my favorites of the stuff released this year. Creepy, atmospheric, and compelling. Truly alien sounds. Favorite track: Boneyard.
